Had fantastic stay on vacation. Most of the staffs were very kind and impeccable. The pool was amazing, wonderful breakfasts with fantastic view. We stayed here before and would definitely go back.

The event space is impressive, and the gym offers a variety of classes. The modern design is a sight to behold, and the Club Level perks were a nice touch. The dining experiences were exceptional, especially the interactive farm-to-fork concept. a luxurious stay with unforgettable views.

Let's talk tartines at Intercontinental—the stuff of local legends! The pool is a swanky gem, offering killer views. The rooftop, with its breezy vibes, is a vibe.

Navigating the maze-like layout was a bit odd, with elevators galore. Blankets at the "rooftop" bar had a recycled twist—time to amp up that laundry game.

Intercontinental in LA boasts exceptional staff, notably Manny at the concierge desk, and attentive service. the breakfast was delightful, with Miguel providing fantastic service. the hotel gym is top-notch, and the room amenities are well-stocked for convenience. Evan at the lobby lounge and valet attendants were superb. the view, modern elevators, and comfortable beds make for a fantastic stay.

The room at Intercontinental - Los Angeles Downtown was absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. As someone who loves natural light and enjoys gazing out at the cityscape, this room was just perfect for me.

The automated check-in process was a bit impersonal for my liking.

Purpose: Leisure travel for 3 nights. Excellent location in Downtown. Modern, clean and spacious rooms with incredible views. Attentive and helpful staff. Great facilities and luxurious atmosphere. Best concierge with competent recommendations and support in organizing our stay. Valet, lower lobby, and main lobby staff were attentive and welcoming.

The atmosphere created was quiet.

Perfect hotel close to a subway station. Huge units with awesome views and king size bed and drinks, well-trained employees. Plenty of options for breakfast in the lobby. Incredible location to explore Los Angeles and great service. Besides, very convenient to The Bloc. The pool area is great too.

Everything was amazing, personnel was very friendly professional. The meals were good. The hotel had a central setting nice to have a drink at after a long day of sightseeing. Also, it was relatively near a modern art museum. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was terrific.

During my recent transit in Los Angeles, I had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental - Los Angeles Downtown, An IHG Hotel. Its central location, just steps away from trendy restaurants and bars, made my brief stopover convenient and enjoyable. The complimentary wireless internet access and elegant furnishings in the guest rooms added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The hotel's proximity to the 48th floor made me a bit apprehensive due to my fear of heights, but the lovely view and exceptional experience overshadowed this minor discomfort.

The decoration in the lobby was simply delightful, with lovely artwork and comfortable seating for a tired old lady like myself. The spacious rooms and the stunning city views from the 70th floor were truly breathtaking, making it easy for senior folks to relax and enjoy the beauty of Los Angeles without even leaving the hotel.

I would ask for better lighting control in the rooms for a more comfortable stay for senior guests.

The property was in the heart of the city. Besides, it was near to Downtown, the main restaurant, and the Staples Center.

Definitely, there was bar missing.
